Now that I think about it, I used to have a weird bug when I was running Vista that would show up rarely. I also don’t have lan, I cannot connect to my other computer through a switch. The problem is, ive to do my project in the Linux environment, where i need Internet connection, as must. I can take this to the mailing lists to try to find a reasonable solution. Right this can unfortunately happen both ways. Does the lack of connectivity occur when the system is booted, or only after ethtool is run?
